Quality isn’t a commodity and custom doesn’t come in a package. So we have developed some basic structure and processes for how we go about creating a one-of-a-kind floor to meet your needs. First, we will consider your space, its architecture, volume, scale, quality of light and all other environmental aesthetics. Then, in a continuing conversation with you, we will determine the appropriate budget, materials, color, and design for your floor. That done, we go to work fabricating and installing a unique floor creation that , upon completion, will cause a small flood of gasps, approving glances and continuous remarks of envy.
We offer three levels of inlay and design, from the above, to do-it-yourself installations, to small inlays installed in a single field color or repeat pattern. Just one or two more things. First, please understand that because of the complex nature of the custom floors we create, combined with the unique
conditions encountered at each installation site, we have to charge a fee for our estimates. Depending on the complexity of the job, the fee ranges from $100 – $300. Should you elect to have us design and install your floor, the entire fee will be credited back to the final price of your job.
